What is unholy confessions about

My interruption of unholy confessions is completely different than anything I've read. First, I think the guy was in love or infatuated with a girl he'd had a deep friendship or relationship with. Broke up and remained that fall back guy. Last one on her list she called. I think she may have had a drug problem or found out she had Aids from being a prostitute.

She confided in him being that guy who always loved her and she told him from her heart, needing that friend fallback guy, that was only friend zone for her.

Not cool enough or not enough money. That all ran out, she went to him and he said, confiding in me was your heart but it's killing me. He knows now, he won't ever have her. Her time soaked blood turnes it's back is why she went running to him but he wasn't good enough before. So he's broken but she will be the one to fall. Not him. She put him on the stand to see if he really loved her like he did and the way his love had always been.. She's a whore. Unholy confession, her Unholyness is the reason she confessed to him.

He's sitting there tested and secure. Thankfully he wasn't good enough to catch that shit from her. But he's not that jerk guy. He was always there waiting for her.

He was on the stand, Noone guiding him, he knows which way to go. He always cared and he always will, understanding that it's hard to fall.

He was pissed that the thought he could have it. Like she was choking the life out of him with her bare hands but tested and secure she will be the one to fall. Just my thoughts on these deep lyrics. This song could be about The Couple's once good and happy relationship turned towards ''Unholy Confessions'' believed one with the other committed sin. This belief is from their religious or their religion point of view.

As once experienced by the Roman Catholic Church with the involement of raising radical Islam. To compare of what can happen to one being raised a radical Catholic Je[w]suit that got involved or fell in love with an Islamist sharia law believer. But when the going got tough within their hard headed relationship, one usually has to be sacrificed, or anotherwords let go.

Unless somehow they would stay together and join forces against their enemy of sin. But the thing is if they don't know who the enemy is, they could be fighting forces against the Christian and the Jewish believer of the one God.

If you listen to avenged, hell read the names of their albums and songs. Sublimanl he is talking about God, now Im unsure which way he is going with it I Believe that this song is about a failing relationship or one that has failed. Like when someone says "I'll try" you can just tell how little emotion is there. When you really care, you hang on and never let go. You always remember because you miss what you lost or realized you could never have what you wanted.

This reminds me of a relationship I had where I just kept saying "I wish I didn't care. I never had a problem with deception, though; just apathy. I think in the song, it's talking about someone leaving for an unknown reason, then coming back to confess that she's cheated. He basically feels like his world is falling apart because she was unfaithful and he doesn't believe in love anymore.

So I guess that's different than my personal connection to the song, but I think that's the story conveyed here. I love A7X and how they can tell stories like this in every song. Like A Little Piece of Heaven is so fucked up lol but it's probably my favorite song ever. Cindyloulou on April 27, Link. Oops I thought the first line was "she said as SHE walked away" so that changes the meaning a lot. Cindyloulou on April 27, General Comment Think this is a bit more complex, but mostly the other answers have the general dea.

I think that this is about the things that mental illness does to people and makes people do. It's clear that the "she" in this story has committed adultery from the first stanza. Not caring about hurting a person you supposedly love but caring about yourself when you've lost that person, or a part of the relationship you lost due to your deceit of that person is a characteristic of many mental illnesses, most specifically NPD Narcissistic personality disorder.

A lack of empathy and the glorification of the self and continuous quest for gratification of the self's emotional energy requirements, fueled by the depletion of other's emotional energy. This is embodied by the 2nd stanza. I think this song is mostly about the burden of forgiveness that adulterous behaviour of emotionally unstable people imposes on the primary victims ie the one who has been deceived , and how the burden of forgiveness, feelings of pain and fatalistic emotional depletion, ie "the fall", which causes immense emotional damage is placed on the deceived.

This is embodied by the first half of the third stanza. The third stanza concludes in the deceived giving in to "the fall", and forgiving the deceiver, embodied by "I know the way to go, no one's guiding me. When time soaked with blood turns its back, I know it's hard to fall. It ends with the observation that the deceivers behaviour hurts themselves, in terms of the cutting off of their supply of emotional energy, but progressively results in the emotional "killing" of the host, leading to depression, loss of will to live etc.

The last stanza basically points out the logical fact that the deceiver is destroying the world for both parties, and ultimately they don't need to care about it because they will be absolved in salvation I think this is a sarcastic line.

That's my interpretation. A bit too. General Comment wow FoundMe on November 07, Same here i can relate to it alot.. I dont get this part thow "I'll try," she said as he walked away. Nothing tears the being more than deception, unmasked fear. Then we left for tour — it was some sort of [suicide awareness initiative] Take Action tour or something.

Ha ha ha! And that part of the song came together. A simple song it may have become, but the fact is that Unholy Confessions struck a chord with a young metal crowd that had so far been weaned on nu metal and shiny, Gothenburg-influenced metalcore.
