In F, Siloam Mission's emergency beds were filled every night, totalling 40, stays at its emergency shelter by different men and women. Siloam Mission serves drop-in meals three times a day, with , meals served in F Siloam Mission provides health services at the Saul Sair Health Centre, which is attached to the emergency shelter.
In F, clients made 2, visits to the health centre and 24, health-related items — such as a toothbrush — were distributed. Clients also made 21, visits to Siloam's clothing room, but it is unclear how many articles of clothing were provided. In F, people met regularly with a social worker to help them change their lives. Some of these people were provided temporary employment from Siloam's 'Mission Off the Streets' program, which employed clients in public beautification cleaning jobs in F Siloam mission is in a capital campaign.
The first part of the campaign completed in October , with a newly expanded dining room accommodating over people. There is also room for people to line up inside instead of standing outside to wait for food.
The second part of the campaign will add 50 emergency shelter beds, including a private shelter for 33 women. Other additions include showers, laundry facilities, expanding the clothing room, and expanding the health centre to include recovery beds.
Clients of Siloam Mission often lack access to basic needs of food, shelter, and water. The , meals served and 40, stays at the emergency shelter in F are believed to have improved the physical and mental health of many clients. Transition services helped 95 people find alternative housing.
Staff help clients find housing, provide in-home supports to prevent eviction, and assist clients in maintaining positive relationships with landlords. Separate from the main facility, the Madison building provides residence to 85 people who face barriers to employment, have physical or cognitive disabilities, or struggle with mental illnesses.
While Ci highlights these key results, they may not be a complete representation of Siloam Mission's results and impact. Charity Intelligence has rated Siloam Mission as Low impact based on demonstrated social impact per dollar spent. This is within Ci's reasonable range. This indicates a need for funding, but program costs are also higher in F due to the construction of the new building as part of the capital campaign.
It does not report how much these external fundraisers raised. After being contacted by Ci, a spokesperson for the charity stated that this was because the external fundraiser Siloam Mission hired contributed to multiple fundraising efforts, making it difficult to attribute a dollar figure to how much she raised. This charity report is an update that was sent for review to Siloam Mission.

The Drop-In Centre is the heart of Siloam Mission where community members, staff , and volunteers can connect.
The Drop-In is seeking volunteers who are willing to sit down, connect with individuals using our services, while taking the time to help out as needed to serve and clean up after the meals. Build meaningful relationships. Be a part of the team that fulfills both physical and emotional hunger. Join our Donor Care volunteer team or other roles looking for administrative help. Assist in calling and thanking our wonderful donors, processing donations, maintaining different databases and general admin duties.
Flexible schedule within office hours. Please note there is further screening and training required for this role. Practicum placements may be available. Students graduated from or who are currently in a medical program will shadow professional medical volunteers.

The Drop-In Centre welcomes choirs, and musicians to sing for our community. Help out in the Kitchen with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup. Interact in a positive way with community members as they enjoy their meal.
Volunteers will be serving meals in an assembly line up via a window through the kitchen area into the Drop-In Centre. Individual volunteers work alongside a group of volunteers and the Kitchen staff to help serve the meal. Donation Sorting volunteers are the gatekeepers for the Clothing Program. With hundreds of donations a year, volunteers will sort and organize clothing and personal items that empower and provide dignity for those who use Siloam's services.
