How do mcdonalds open interviews work
I applied i end of July, got a email to Schedule an interview but obviously i rescheduled to then August 12 for Went in it took around 6 min, 2 hours later i got my second interview offer for august 13 today. What do you Bring to work.
My interview was very relaxed. I applied Wednesday and heard back two hours after I applied and had my interview 10am the next morning. The women Brough a little blank piece of paper and said can you right your name number and email.
I did and then she asked how I heard about the job, whats my availibity, did I work fast food I hadn't then asked what work experience I have and wrote that down then said okay you have a nice smiling face so I am gonna start you on window taking orders then move you up front because its faster pace so that comes after window. I had group orientation that following Monday at 4 and got my uniform then started Tuesday.
I was so incredibly nervous and there was no need at all. These are the questions I got ask and I had to do a test run on the drive through to see how I interacted with customers it's always the drive through, just for the heads up! First they asked why I wanted the job, then they asked what customer service means to me, and after they gave me 2 scenarios asking what I'd do, like "how would you impress a special needs customer" and "if you were on duty and overheard a customer complaining about their food being cold, what would you do".
Just had interview and 2 questions they asked were: What does respect mean to you? If you were a brand what brand would you be and why? I know a few of them 1.
Tell me about yourself? If we were to hire, why should we hire you? How did you hear about us? What made you apply for this company? It often indicates a user profile.
